Now you can manage your credit freeze online by creating an online account
If you already have an Experian account you may login now
Once you have successfully lifted or removed your freeze you can go back to the Credit Freeze Dashboard to lift or remove your credit freezes with the other bureaus.

If you have issues setting up your online account you may call and speak with an agent to help you.
Call Experian (800) 493-1058
At the prompt enter your social security number
At the second prompt enter your zip code
Tell them you want to remove your freeze and they will ask you for the four digit member PIN you just set up and the answer to the security question you just set up. Your freeze will be lifted or removed.
If you are unable to create an account the agent can help you set up your account.

You may also request that they mail you a replacement PIN to the address they have on file. This will take 3-5 days. They do offer an expedited overnight delivery for a fee through FedEx. Be sure that the address they have on file is your current address. If not you can ask them to update it. Once you receive your PIN you can click on the "Lift or Remove Credit Freeze" link above enter your PIN and your freeze will be lifted in about 15 minutes.
Upload documents
Experian does have an option to upload documents for proof of identity. Simply follow the instructions. Give it 24 hours and call back in. They can review your uploaded documents and remove your freeze.
Mail Option
Inside your program folder you will find the proper forms to lift or remove your credit freeze along with the address to mail it to. The required proof of identity documents is also listed on the form.
